[结构与原理]
该机由叁台粉碎主机，旋风收集机构、整套电器设备等组成。主机由机架、主电机、无级变速电机、送料机构、调节机构及一对动磨盘和定磨盘等组成。其基本原理为通过两磨盘的相对运动，将物料剪切、碾磨而达到粉碎之目的。采用风、水冷却有效地控制粉碎温度，确保被粉物料之质量。送料机构选用无级变速，可根据不同物料，调节相应的进料速度，从而得到最理想的产量和质量。通过旋风收集机构，取走成品粉，全过程无任何粉尘飞扬。

体积小、噪音低、产量高、能耗低、操作简单、拆装方便，无任何环境污染。所得胶粉细而均匀且粉体表面带有众多毛刺形，易与其它胶体结合。

Construction and Principle：The unit consist of three main grinder，whirlwind collecting mechanism，water cooling mechanism and a complete set of electric equipment。The main grinder consists of the frame，main motor，stepless variable speed motor，feeding mechanism，regulation mechanism and a pair of grinding dicss(a moving grinding disc and a static grinding disc)。
The basic principle is as follows：The material is ground under the function of the shearing and grinding activated by the rotation of the moving grinding disc。The water and the air effectively control the temperature during the grind process,thus ensuring the quality of the ground material。The stepless variable speed motor is used for the feeding mechanism。The feeding speed can be adjusted for the different material,thus achieving the most ideal capacity and quality。The end powder is sucked out under the whirlwind collecting mechanism.During the whole process，there is no powder flying。
