可将各种橡胶块、条任意切断。适应于各种斜胶轮胎、钢丝轮胎、橡胶条等橡胶件的切断。
[结构与原理]
该机由一对刀片、二台减速电机、机架及转动机构等组成。其基本原理为通过二台电机的等速运转，分别带动二刀片作相对运转，促使两刀具形成剪切之势，将物料置于两刀片之间，并向前推动，达到剪切之效果。

Structure and principle: The machine consist of a pair of blade，two retarding motors， frame and transmission mechanism etc。 its Basic principle is through the two electrical machineries turning round at the same speed to drive the two blades making relative turning round separately， impeling the two cutters to form the shearing tendency，putting the materials between the two blades and promoting forward，finally getting the result of shearing。
